Northern Indiana Artists, Inc. (NIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of contemporary creative art. The NIA strives to raise the quality of work produced and the standards of the community.

NIA has been active in Michiana for over sixty-five years. Its membership is composed of area artists who have passed an independent jury process.

NIA sponsors exhibits of members’ works and holds meetings for the mutual benefit gained through discussion, lectures, Inspiration, scholarships  and social contacts. NIA awards scholarships to deserving and emerging artists.
